Resource Sharing Updates

The All-Colleges Page 1+ Digital Resource Sharing Implementation Meeting will be held on August 14th from 11am-12:30pm. We will introduce the configuration instructions and sample workflow for staff to send and fulfill digital resource sharing requests using Alma and Primo.

The All-Colleges Page 1+ University Resource Sharing Partnerships Meeting will be held on August 21st from 11am-12:30pm. We will share instructions for configuring digital and physical resource sharing with university partners in the Omni network.

Access to Closed Ex Libris Support Cases

how long are closed cases available in the Ex Libris Support Center?
if they are deleted/archived after a while, I will print the responses from some of my cases

they offer a list of options to view your cases:

Primo VE customization in light of NDE migration
Dana:
in the process of redesigning Alma Digital Primo view
saw discussion in Page 1+ listserv about how there is going to be some changes to the Primo interface
should I pause on the redesign with the code that I’ve built already given the NDE or just wait to see what happens?
Primo is using angular JS 1.8, which is an old version and there could be code that needs to be translated to something new with the NDE

Stacey will have the best knowledge about the change
it probably would be a good idea to pause if it is possible within your project scope because the coding might change,
however, if you really need the re-design, then go for it since the transition might take a while/there is an option for institutions to adopt it at their own pace
