Discussion Items
Subcommittee Chair Update from ISC
Nothing to update
The ISC has been informed about the updated https://clo-collaboration-spaces.atlassian.net/l/c/aGffknze and the great progress being made on the spreadsheet
OCLS loading of ACF, Curio, Criterion Update
As of today, OCLS has uploaded the ACF, Curio, and Criterion collections into the NZ.
So far everything is looking acceptable, however, there are lag and loading issues in the NZ that need to be worked on.
OCLS has not updated all records to RDA - discussion is needed to determine if this should be the job of OCLS
Stacey has been working on the validation of records in these collections
There are 6XX fields issues that need to be discussed further, conversation started today
ACTION ITEM: Stacey Boileau to create an informal bullet point list displaying steps for record validation
IZ/NZ linking Instructions and Guidelines Working Group

ACTION ITEM: Aura Hill to email Metadata and Cataloguing Group with a call out for participants in an IZ/NZ Linking Instructions and Guidelines Working Group
CLO Metadata Standards (Loose Leaf, Websites, DVD, VHS, Film, Microform [revisit], Audio Cassette, Audio CD, 33rpm)
Applicable changes as reflected in the document
Deferred Items:
The decision to set brief record rules in the NZ that will dictate the minimum required fields necessary in order for a new record to be contributed to the NZ (if a match is not found when running the linking job).
Questions that came out of Study Group:
Would like clarity on relationship between Local Tagging - Manual Bib Edits May Be Required, Network Zone and Local Fields Best Practices and Briefing Note 06 - Consortial Treatment of LC Subject Headings
Is there impact to colleges Migration Form?
Is moving 650 to 690 enough to preserve local heading or do we need another process to create a local authority file in the NZ (so other colleges could use subject headings)?
Planning for session on local fields and cataloguing in the consortium
