Systems Subcommittee Chair Update (Katherine)

TCPR Subcommittee has Branding working group that selected a branding company, Aubs & Mugg to help brand the CLSP with a new name, logo and branding material. They did a presentation for ISC on Thursday, and TCPR on Wednesday. They are working on developing a group of internal stakeholders for initial information gathering on the project. The goal is to have branding in place a couple of months before Go Live.

CLO feedback on SIS Integration Decisions for Improved Analytics Briefing Note (Liana)

Liana brought it to Ross, chair of CLO Metrics & Assessment Committee for feedback with deadline of Feb. 17. The subcommittee decides to share now and note that it’s in draft and awaiting feedback from CLO as some colleges are already starting to set up statistical categories.

Shared Reports for CLO annual data collection (Liana)

The comment was made in the Analytics meeting by Eva that would be good to have shared reports for the CLO annual data collection (i.e. #databases, circ stats, etc.) - maybe after WTR ends, the CLO Assessment Committee can help with this, and I think OCUL has a shared report we can start with.

The proposal is to set up a shared template in Alma that would collect all the data needed for the survey that all colleges could use. The subcommittee supports the idea that they would developing the template

Authentication Check-in - Monitoring 3rd Party Integration Progress with a Superuser account in Ex L’s Support Portal (Liana)

Check-In

Fleming - well into it, tested, while authentication work, the primary name didn’t work, but they think there’s a solution. IT has been great. Had a meeting with Wei which helped a lot.

Humber - They have provided information to Ex Libris but haven’t heard back. There h

Fanshawe - In testing process, they haven’t had any significant issues.

Lambton - IT has attended meeting, but not aware of any work being done by IT. Rebecca will reach out to her IT person

Monitoring Progress

Liana can access any account in Support Portal for authentication process. The PMO will monitor activity to track progress.

SIS Files

Liana provides Powerpoint and SIS File examples for members to be aware of, from Loyalist via email. They have also been provided on Enable Student Information System Integration (Feb 2022 - May 2022)

Error Logs with OCLS Change in Patron Data Loading Service

Amanda raises potential concern about the colleges receiving error logs from Ex Libris regarding patron data as they will no longer becoming from OCLS (from Sirsi).

Thomas provides documentation and Amanda will review. If any questions remain, Amanda will ask in the upcoming SIS meeting.
