    2. Promotes available training;

    4. Supports the delivery of training and reporting.

      1. Tracking Individuals who are trained/ certified?

  2. Early learning -

  3. Volunteer leads?

QUESTION: What does the work related to implementation TRAINING look like for members of this subcommittee?

  • How to track who has done the training (for project participants/staff)?

  • Need to be aware of progress of knowledge transfer for each college

  • How do we identify who needs what training?

Options - Consider Training Profiles

  • Training based on level of knowledge needed (Expert, Advanced, Basic/Student)

  • Training based on topics, e.g. Circulation (see SUNY example)

Training Needs

  • We need to understand the training needs of the colleges themselves.

  • Consider create a proposed plan with options to bring to CLO18

Tracking

  • Spreadsheet - college liaisons track for their college

  • Report up to PMO to follow up

  • Considering leveraging LMS, creating courses? Maybe too difficult for all 18 with different LMS - consider for external users (students)

Individuals with Alma Certifications

  • Important to identify who has Alma Certification or will have

Online Training Calendar

  • Consider taking training dates from BaseCamp and put on Confluence so all can see it

  • Communicate via email/newsletter

  • Create a Community of Practice

  • Coordinate training event - do it together, opportunities for interaction

2. Early Learning

  • Guide on Confluence

  • Not all content in Early Learning applies to everyone

  • Need to identify what are basic requirements for all?

  • Eventually need for basic introduction material for Alma for staff, not technical (e.g. What is Alma? How do you do check-out in Alma?)

    • Not needed until much later in project

2. Communication

  • Need to develop content around key messages and communication activities for the sub-committee

  • Review communications plan

  • Aura Hill add item to next agenda about plan
