Members of the Training/Communications/PR Subcommittee will lead, coordinate and/or support the Training/Communications/PR initiatives required during the project implementation.

Responsibilities

Preamble

Areas of Responsibility

Training

  • Identifies training priorities with stakeholders

  • Promotes available training

  • Maintains an online training calendar, and

  • Supports the delivery of training and reporting.

 Communications

  • Supports the Project Management Office in providing communication about planning and implementation of the library services platform ensuring information is appropriately distributed to all staff who need to be informed within each library. For example:

    • Support the writing of communication needs of the project whenever possible

    • Recommend and review communications for the PMO to ensure we are using the voice of participating libraries.

PR

  • Supporting change management, through marketing and PR initiatives. For example:

    • Develops a timeline for the delivery of key marketing and public relations initiatives

    • Provides marketing and public relations materials and templates to CLO18 that will empower others to promote the CLSP within their own institutions.

    • Branding the CLSP Collaborative Space (Confluence/Atlassian) as well as the CLSP (the way OCUL did with Omni)
