  • Planning an RS Year in Review Communication for December Release

    • wrap up of all things RS for the year

    • stats for the first 6 months of implementation (exclude borrowing requests from “patrons” that we know were testers/staff. Or we could just start in September instead of July/August…Or look for an analytics option to exclude transactions that were less than two days.

  • Review/Finalize Local Digitization Documentation

    • Do we want to add a “declaration/disclaimer/note about consulting copyright & licensing”.

    • The document includes a lot of options that people can select between. This might be too much for some users. Should we go through the document and highlight recommended options? With the idea that we are supporting those who may not want to read it closely or manage so many decisions.

  • Planning New Year RS Project Check In Session with all libraries administrators / library leadership – Jan 23th

    • Check in, are you using RS for physical? How is it going? Do you need more help

    • Future project direction/planning

  • Separate Digitization tutorial

    • Gathering Questions for Videos

    • Planning for Videos

  • Update on OCUL RS Conversation

  • Sharing Digitization Instructions & Study Groups

  • Preparing Digital Resource Sharing Instructions

  • Update on Copyright and Licensing Work

  • Moving content to the Alma & Primo VE Guide
