•  Those working on LibGuide examples are to send their CLO Metadata Standards Examples to Lauren Rupert (lrupert@ocls.ca) to be added to the LibGuide
•  Lauren Rupert to add examples of cataloguing records to their applicable sections of the LibGuide

•  Continue to discuss the purpose of the 035 field and how it should be displayed in the CLO Metadata Standards LibGuide

•  OCLS to implement Audio Streaming template

  • Thesis

    • Suggested (and accepted) the Subcommittee follow the format of the CD-ROM tab, referring to a primary tab with topic specific changes/standards

    • The Thesis standards will follow those of books and e-books, with added fields

    • The subcommittee has agreed to conduct more research (examining the examples provided below) before the next meeting.

    • Decisions to be made weather standards for ‘microform’ are sufficient or if ‘microfilm’ and ‘microfiche’ need to be revisited too
