Description
OCLS contracts and manages third party vendors for selection , and acquisitions, cataloguing, and processing-related library services for the Ontario college libraries. As part of this service, OCLS coordinates requests for quotation (RFQs), facilitates the vendor selection process, and manages the negotiation, implementation, and maintenance of service agreements.
