Introduction

Purpose

The first step is to make sure your data actually migrated, is in the right location and there were no mistakes made during the migration process.

This page is the first part of a series to help guide you through data review and testing. The goal for this week is just to complete the steps below. Stay tuned for guidance on the next steps!

General Guidelines

Using the steps below, review your collection as a whole and report major problems immediately. Continue to post issues and questions for Ex Libris on Basecamp/Confluence page.

We strongly recommend using the Sample Checklist to make notes in addition to posting to Basecamp/Confluence to create a centralized record.

Deadline

When you have completed this Part 1: High Level Data Review, please notify the PMO (lgiovando@ocls.ca).

This high-level data review should be completed by Friday, January 28.
