OCLS is committed to uploading data extracts by October 25th. Please let us know if you prefer to complete these extracts on your own.

• If your library uses the Sirsi Acquisitions Module, determine what acquisitions related data you will migrate from Sirsi, for example Orders, and Invoices. This will not be relevant to your library if you do not plan to migrate acquisitions data.

OCLS will provide Vendor data extracts for colleges that wish to migrate acquisitions data. Other acquisitions data extracts will are the responsibility of the colleges.

• Draft Migration & Field Mapping Forms

OCLS will send you a Migration Form and Field Mapping Form using the extract data from your ILS no later than October 25th. The forms will include your data and suggested mapping and terms in some places. It will be up to your team to confirm and complete these forms.

You can begin planning now by familiarizing yourself with the sample migration forms and instructions, but you will not need to begin editing your own files until you receive the partially completed forms from OCLS.

Link Resolver (360Link) Files

Ex Libris migrates 360 Link Resolver tracked resources and databases automatically, based on the Tracked Resources and Database Details reports exported from 360/Intota. 

The files involved in 360Link migration are:

• Database Details Report

• Tracked Resources Report OR Tracked eBooks + Tracked eJournals reports: In the Management Reports Dropdown box, if you see "Tracked Resources Report", use that report. If you do not see "Tracked Resources Report", then export both "Tracked eBooks" and "Tracked eJournals" reports.
