Description
The CLO Quality Assurance (QA) Committee Committee (formerly known as the Metrics & Assessment Committee) distributes an annual library data survey to gather meaningful qualitative and quantitative metrics from the colleges for their participation and feedback. From this data, a report is created and shareddistributed to stakeholders, which helps to demonstrate the value of the library, inform future projects, secure funding, and create capacity amongst among the colleges.
OCLS supports the annual collection and compilation of the library data collection process on behalf of CLO, including building analytics templates for Alma, [more content here]. This support includes distributing the survey, creating the final report, updating reports in Microsoft Power BI, and most recently, building Alma analytics report templates for all 24 colleges.

Governance
Metrics are guided by the QA Quality Assurance Steering Committee.
