Implementation Committee and Subcommittee Subcommittees are comprised of library staff working in Ontario college libraries that are participating in the Collaborative Library Services Platform (CLSP), and professional staff working with the Ontario Colleges Library Service (OCLS). Members of the committees develop the policies, procedures, and workflows related to migration, administration and management of the CLSP. There is one Implementation Steering Committee and five Subcommittees for the following functional areas:

• Metadata/Cataloguing Subcommittee

• E-resources/Acquisitions Subcommittee

• Systems/Analytics/Data SubcommitteeDiscovery/Customer Service/Front-end

• User Experience Subcommittee

• Training/Communications/PR Subcommittee

The CLSP Implementation Steering Committee (ISC) will oversee, guide, and lead the implementation of the Alma ExLibris Ex Libris Library Services Platform (LSP) in the 18 participating college libraries. They provide guidance to the project, are accountable for the project’s success and approve the Project Charter and/or project plans. The ISC will have the authority to make decisions based on recommendations from Subcommittees, and/or elevate decisions to CLO and/or the OCLS Board as necessary.
