Description
OCLS's eResources Management service provides support for the acquisition, licensing, access, and maintenance of online library resources on behalf of Ontario’s 24 college libraries.
eResource Management's focus is to maximize the impact of collaboration while leveraging the most effective use of group buying power.
eResource Management includes negotiation, management and support for the acquisition and licensing of electronic resources, and related services such as Consortia Manager and the CLEAR Central usage rights database.

OCLS maintains several tools to facilitate the colleges' acquisition, access, and use of their online resources, including Consortia Manager, our consortial eResource Management system, and CLEAR Central, a database of licence summaries.

Document Dashboards
Each college library has a new college library hub where their document dashboard is located. The dashboard contains documents such as invoices, Deposit Account reports, and fee schedules.

eResources Management works with the CLO eResource Steering Committee. The purpose of the Steering Committee is to provide advice and guidance to OCLS about the eResources Management service and e-resource management in the Alma/Primo Network Zone. The current chair is Jess Bugorski (Fanshawe).
