Need to be aware of progress of knowledge transfer for each college How do we identify who needs what training ?Can we create “Training Profiles”Options :- Consider Training Profiles Training based on level of knowledge needed (Expert, Advanced, Basic/Student) Training based on topics, e.g. Circulation (see SUNY example)
