Description
The CLO Quality Assurance (QA) Committee distributes an annual library data survey to gather meaningful qualitative and quantitative metrics from the colleges. survey to the colleges for their participation and feedback. From this data, a report is created and distributed to the stakeholders shared, which helps demonstrate the value of the library, to inform future projects, secure funding, and create capacity amongst the colleges.
OCLS supports the collection and complication of the library data annual library data collection process on behalf of CLO. This support includes, distributing the survey, creating the Final report, updating reports in Power BI, and most recently, building Alma analytic report templates for all 24 colleges. including building analytics templates for Alma, [more content here]
