| June 16: I have updated your migration form draft:
Hi Andrea Bainbridge (Unlicensed) This seems to be the Fielding Mapping form reposted and not the Migration form. Maureen << Maureen Sheppard (Unlicensed) , yikes! I fixed it. The above is now the migration form. Apologies. >> Download THIS VERSION of the migration form in order to make the changes requested in “Action Items” before you submit your final migration form. For “Changes” listed below, there is no action needed unless you want to make a different choice than I did. You can upload your next version below. Changes Questionnaire tab
Item Base Status Tab
Course tab
Hi Andrea Bainbridge (Unlicensed), these changes are fine. I think the cleared tab was the Campus tab not the Course tab - which is correct. We are removing the campuses. Sorry, for my ‘oops’ on the User Group tab. It should be fixed now. New version posted below. Action Items
Hi Andrea Bainbridge (Unlicensed) - quick question. At test load you had moved data for us, from the 949 field to the 959, to keep it local and not part of the NZ fields. Will that be done again? I don’t know if there was a place to indicate that change in the forms. Again, many thanks! Maureen\ June 17: Hi, Maureen Sheppard (Unlicensed) . At Test Load we copied the 004 to 951 (for all Sirsi sites) to preserve your Sirsi catkeys. We are doing the same this time, but to the 950 instead of 951 (per OCLS request). If you need us to copy 949 to 959 again, we can. Let me know. I do see you listed it on the migration from already. Apologies for the campus/course mix-up in my notes. I need to put your form thru one final validation, and will post for your approval when that is done. Thx! Yes, please, could you copy the 949 to 959 again this time. Thanks, Andrea Bainbridge (Unlicensed)! |
