From Lingling (05/06): Andrea Bainbridge (Unlicensed) , there are a couple of changes we want to make: 1) map USER_XINFO.CELL_PHONE to USER_ADDR2.PHONE; 2)some changes around notes but not fully decided yet. will review and make those changes once we have the baseline form.
