There are a number of ways in which eResources can be activated in Alma – much depends on the package, the source or availability of electronic records and your current link resolver. The following information has been provided for your convenience.

Initial migration efforts are intended to populate your Institution Zone (IZ) with electronic records. Ex Libris also provides groups with an opportunity to configure distributed access to electronic resources through the Network Zone – an option that has the potential to minimize ongoing local handling of eResource metadata system-wide.
